How do I close/delete my Borrower account?

We’re sorry to hear that you’re thinking of leaving our community.

If you feel you're receiving too many emails, you can edit your notification settings.

If you are struggling to make a match then you could try to:

  • Change your search filters on your matches page, by increasing your search radius up to 10 miles, search for verified members, and see who has recently updated their profile, etc.
  • You can message your local matches to arrange a 'Welcome Woof’.

If you would like to disable your annual auto-renewal payment, then please take a look at this answer.

If none of the above suggestions are suitable and you would still like to cancel, then please contact us.

It would be really helpful if you could please let us know why you don't need your account anymore.
