We have an annual fee of £12.99 for borrowers. You can become a Basic member for free, as a Basic member you can create a profile and search for local members. You can also receive and read messages but if you want to reply or message any owners, you will need to become a Premium member which includes unlimited messaging, insurance (full terms), safety checks and a 24/7 Vet Line.

Borrowers don't charge owners for helping them with their dog. Anyone being paid or asking for payment to look after a dog will not be eligible for a refund, be covered by our third party liability insurance or will have access to the 24/7 Vet Line.
