How to make a complaint?

We understand that things don't always go as planned, but not to worry, we're here to help you resolve any issues. We have a system in place to address any complaints effectively.
This is how it works:

  1. Submit your complaint to us via our webform. Please add as much information as possible.
  2. Once we receive it, you'll get an automated email to confirm we've got it.
  3. We'll assign a staff member to your case, the time it takes will depend on how complex your complaint is and how much investigation we have to do. They might ask for more information or documents to understand better.
  4. We will carefully consider all relevant information as part of our investigation.
  5. We will aim to respond to you with our findings and outcome within 7 business days.
