You can become a Basic member for free, as a Basic member you can create a profile and search for local members. You can also receive and read messages but if you want to reply or message any owners directly, you will need to become a Premium member which includes unlimited messaging, insurance (full terms), safety checks and a 24/7 Vet Line.

The annual fee for borrowers of £12.99, covers our safety checks to ensure that our community is as safe and trusted as possible. The fee also helps cover our operation expenses, to keep our pawsome community up and running. You are not being charged to borrow a dog but rather to join a safe community of like-minded dog lovers.

Borrowers don't charge owners for helping them with their dog. Anyone being paid or asking for payment to look after a dog will not be eligible for a refund, be covered by our third party liability insurance or will have access to the 24/7 Vet Line.
