The BorrowMyDoggy Accident and Third Party Liability Insurance is provided by Hiscox. The policy number is PSC10003553289/00. 

• The Third-Party Liability insurance cover provided is up to £1,000,000 per incident if the Owner's dog causes damage or injury to another person (not the borrower), their property, or pets while under the control of the Borrower, provided that the Owner or the Borrower has been negligent.
• The cost of emergency vet’s fees for injury to a dog whilst it is being borrowed, up to a maximum of £1,500 as long as the dog was injured or first showed clinical signs whilst in the borrower’s care, custody, and control. 

Note:

Both the owner and borrower must be Premium members.

We recommend that Owners take out their own pet insurance for damage to their own dog and veterinary expenses which result from accident or illness occurring when the dog is not in the care of a Borrower.

Our insurance is included with all subscriptions and cannot be removed even if this is included in your separate insurance plan.
