On your Find a Dog/Find a borrower page you will see a gold crown and the word "Premium", this means they are a premium member and have completed our safety checks.

If there is no gold crown, this simply means the owner hasn't become a Premium member and started the safety checks yet. Basic members are still be able to read any messages you send to them but for your own safety, please do not share your contact details. Until they become a premium member, they will not be able to respond to you directly. 

To search for premium doggies remember to tick the premium box on the left hand side under "Filter".
