On your Find a borrower page you will see a yellow box around the borrower's information along  with this banner on the left of the borrower's profile photo. This means they are a premium member, and have completed our safety checks.

If there is no crown, this simply means the borrower hasn't become a Premium member and start started the safety checks yet. They will not be able to respond to your messages.

To search for premium borrowers remember to click the option on the left side of the page next for Premium.
