You can manually turn off your auto-renewal by signing into your BorrowMyDoggy account.

All you need to do is click your icon in the top right hand corner, then click on Account settings, Your Membership then End Membership. From here you will be able to manage your subscription. 

You will receive an email confirmation when you have successfully switched off your auto-renewal, if you do not receive this please get in touch with the Help Team.
